I tried but failed to find enough reliable sources for this person. I tried to improve it somewhat weeks ago, moving the article to the correct title, adding notability and an india-bio-stub. All sources I could find were about him giving a statement about something, not about him. it's a weak delete for me, but feel free to improve, find more sources and tag it for rescue.
