Delete, copy of the other article, so nothing to merge, title is unlikely search term and thus useless as a redirect. Probably could have been speedied as a test page. Delete At a quick glance it looks like a copy+paste of the duplicate article. If you look at the creator's other edits, it looks like they did it to be disruptive- they vandalized the talk of the original, then created this duplicate, then changed a bunch of wikilinks to point to it (and by piping them so that they have keep the existing blue-link text, no less).
