Delete While it is fascinating to be told that "There is no record that Mr. Wilson ever became a member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents.", there is also no record that he ever flew a toothbrush. There is also no record that he was ever notable and none that establishes his notability today - it's mildly shocking this article has survived since 2010 in this state, and tagged at that! Keep, this subject is from the 19th century so let's be careful before recommending deletion. Here's some coverage on this individual [1]. There are contemporary publications to examine as well, but I don't have access to most of them.
