Non-notable political candidate. Of the 4 sources cited on the page, 2 are his own website and 1 is Ballotpedia. No in-depth news coverage and no claim to notability. Holding a mid-level position in a union and serving on a state board does not entitle someone to a Wikipedia page. Page creator seems to have a personal connection to Kerr, judging by the fact that they uploaded several pictures of him on Commons and tagged them as "own work." Userfy/Draftify - There have been significant concerns regarding this article, and I agree that there is no significant coverage on him in the media. Thank you for the concerns, and I will wait until there is significant news coverage to re-add this article with the ability to include a greater significance of independent news sources.
