Former minor league baseball announcer. Has not received any well-known award or honor nor has he made any widely recognized contribution to broadcasting. Nearly all of the coverage about the subject has been WP:ROUTINE (e.g. announcements about career moves) and most of it has been written by people with an interest in promoting the subject (e.g. former employers). Comment - I am not sure if this subject is notable or not, but I think the nomimation is mis-applying WP:GEOSCOPE, which is applicable to regional events, whereas this subject is a person, for which regional coverage may be adequate to demonstrate notability.
