Claims of importance in article are enough to cause me to decline a speedy request, but gsearch (both with and without middle initial) don't turn up any notability. - Delete. My search came up blank. He doesn't seem to have had any articles written about him, barely has any Google hits, and while revamping the Massachusetts computer system was useful, it doesn't seem very notable. Fences and windows (talk) 22:42, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
