Notability is WP:NOTINHERITED. There is no "Significant coverage" of the person apart from her been named as Narendra Modi's wife in his election affidavit. She is the estranged wife of Modi, with whom he has had no relations since marriage. What next an article on Veronique Cartelli, Rahul Gandhi's girlfriend? Delete per nomination, for the time being. If at some later time she becomes notable, then the article can be relaunched on that basis. Compare with the article on Mamie Eisenhower.
