Fails WP:Notability (sports). Lacks any recognition. Buzzards-Watch Me Work (talk) 20:04, 22 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep I suggest the nominator actually reads WP:Notability (sports), or to be more precise WP:NCYC (notability for cyclists). Per WP:NCYC - "Competed at the Olympics or UCI World Championships or UCI World Cup" (my highlight). Rode in the 2012 UCI Track Cycling World Championships – Men's 1 km time trial. Also a medalist at several Oceania Track Championships (2011, 2010, etc) too. And not to mention the WP:POINTY nomination following this discussion which Buzzards was quickly shown the door. - Placing at OTC isn't notable, "Won Gold at an international multi-sport event (games)." While he rode a UCI World Championship - didn't notice before nominating, he lacks media standing. No interviews or articles (excluding blogs and team bio); his page can't be expanded. Buzzards-Watch Me Work (talk) 21:46, 22 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep per WP:NCYC (5x): competed at the 2012 UCI Track Cycling World Championships; 4x national track champion (elite) see here. I don't agree with Buzzards-Watch Me Work, he had media coverage of the 2012 World Championships, for instance: Australian James Glasspool impressed at his first senior world championships, finishing ninth in 1:02.165 (here) and was live broadcasted worldwide. Besides of that his page can be expanded, I started doing it here. More info available on his own website. Note: he also has a French page fr:James Glasspool. - Keep per Sander.v.Ginkel's expansion. However, his website could be biased. Buzzards-Watch Me Work (talk) 23:03, 22 March 2015 (UTC)
