Delete. Fails to meet WP:RLN, which sets a very low bar to begin with. More importantly, fails to meet the GNG. There is coverage in one or two very local Queensland newspapers which I can't link here but can be found through google, and mentions in announcements of the Welsh World Cup squad ([1]), but nothing substantial enough. Delete, would be notable if he had gotten a game with Wales, but he didn't. He doesn't even appear to be a core players for Norths, only playing nine games for them this season. Lankiveil ^{(speak to me)} 12:21, 20 September 2014 (UTC).[reply]
