Speedy keep Has an entry in the Dictionary of New Zealand Biography and dozens of AfDs have all shown that this signifies notability. Note that a 'Before' on 19th century New Zealanders must include a search on PapersPast, which Google does not index.Schwede 66 18:22, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. Mine is a very firm "keep" recommendation. As noted by Schwede66 above, the subject has an entry in the Dictionary of New Zealand Biography (which is a "country's standard national biographical dictionary" as expected by WP:ANYBIO).
