- Redirect to the Faroe Islands women's national football team if no significant sources are found. She was named the national team player of the year in 2020 according to this source[1] Alvaldi (talk) 09:59, 17 December 2022 (UTC)
- I would keep this one. There's evidence of non-routine coverage in the Faroese national press. There's 153 search 'hits' at the Sports portal Roysni going back 4 years or so. I know most will be passing mentions but some are not: ([2], [3]) There's all the usual news stuff you would expect to see for an international footballer - call-ups, transfers etc. The 2020 national player of the year threw off some more coverage: ([4], [5]) Faroesoccer.com seems to disagree with our article and suggest she debuted for the national team way back in 2005. So it seems reasonable to assume that an editor who could speak Faroese and/or had access to offline sources would be able to find a lot more than I did.
