Redirect to WildFly or Keycloak per WP:NPRODUCT. I can find no coverage in independent, reliable sources. Fails Wikipedia's General Notability Guidelines. No objection to Delete. Redirect to Keycloak. I've added a little to that article which should make the redirect sensible (ideal world would have dug out references too .. actually I've just found something for Keycloak). Comment there are a couple of books entitled JBoss SSO with isbn's. However digging further would indicate they are fake books.
