Delete - there is longstanding consensus that scraping by on NFOOTBALL with one or two appearances is insufficient when GNG is failed so comprehensively, as is the case here. If sources are found please ping me. Giant Snowman 21:49, 30 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Delete - his profiles at MLSZ and HLSZ show no top tier appearances at all, meaning that he quite probably doesn't pass WP:NFOOTBALL. I also can't find any evidence of WP:GNG and there is no corresponding Hungarian article either, which makes it hard to start a search. This is a ludicrously common name in Hungarian - my searches didn't yield anything that appeared to be about this Kovács István but that's not to say that there couldn't be something about him hidden away somewhere. Please ping me if something comes up but, for now, I suggest delete on basis of failing GNG and SNG. Spiderone^{(Talk to Spider)} 22:26, 30 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
