I am suggesting that this article be removed from Wikipedia because of notability. This topic does not warrant its own article and I'd suggest that this article be incorporated into Dubai rather than be separate. None of these banks/financial institutions have sources nor contain links to their respective pages on Wikipedia (if they exist).
