I'm not entirely sure if he's notable or this can be improved and it seems he's not very active suggesting he may not have sufficient coverage; the best my searches found were here and here and searches at Egyptian Independent, Al-Ahram Weekly and Egyptian Gazette found nothing and there's no Arabic name to help search for non-English sources.
