WP:N: I won't speedy or PROD this because it's somehow software-related, but I do believe you must be quite a geek to think that some taskbar-gadget for Warcraft warrants its own article... - Delete. Note that the link currently goes to a domain name hostage site. That site was "mineskeys.com", which makes me somehow doubt that this was something any World of Warcraft player would actually want to install.
