This is just a stub version of the articles Neoliberalism (international relations) and Institutional liberalism. The presence of this small article, which has had roughly a dozen edits since its creation in 2009, makes it harder to construct well-written articles on related subjects (because editor efforts are spread out over multiple articles covering the same basic ideas).
