- Keep. It gets SIGCOV in this 2009 CNN piece Traveling film festival lands in heart of troubled Niger Delta, and in this Reuters piece Nigeria an unlikely stop on film-festival circuit. That is two SIGCOVs from two WP:RS/Ps. Aszx5000 (talk) 16:06, 3 June 2023 (UTC)
