Incredibly super hanging on by a thread weak Keep, only if expanded with appropriate references. As an educational institution, I can see an argument for notability, if appropriate work is done to the article. Right now, the article isn't where it needs to be and I can agree with the "Delete" commenters above, but I don't fault the author for creating.
