Non-notable and wholly unremarkable ROTM city-centre hotel. The article mainly cites the hotel's own website as a source, and for a good reason: a search returns no RS secondary sources. (I must admit I was quite surprised myself, given that the hotel has been there for more than a century, but there we are.)
