Weak keep. I found two reviews in the Star Tribune, one in the Sioux City Journal, and one in the South Florida Sun Sentinel. I'd say that's probably just enough to get it over the line in terms of the GNG, although it's definitely a pretty marginal case. If folks aren't convinced of notability, another option might be some sort of merge and/or redirect to Herman, Minnesota#Community, where the film (and the underlying story) is mentioned.
