Fails WP:BIO and WP:ANYBIO due to a lack of in-depth secondary coverage from reliable sources. Marquesses are not inherently notable (also see AfD precedents), and this particular one never sat in the House of Lords, so WP:NPOL doesn't apply here either.
My personal source assessment follows:

- Delete. I, too, could find nothing other than the Irish Times interview that amounted to significant coverage. I also searched for his Polo career under Henry Beresford but didn't find significant coverage from reliable independent sources. Fiachra10003 (talk) 16:12, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

- Comment.
Seems a low profile geezer by all account.Found a rather niche interview with him about insurance for hunting:https://www.theirishfield.ie/hunting-insurance-separating-fact-from-fiction-725065 The article states he is Chairman of the Irish Masters of Foxhounds Association. Here's note of his appointment https://www.theirishfield.ie/news-lord-waterford-appointed-imfha-chairman-674910 Reticent to vote delete and break the chain of articles for holders of this title — feels like I'm wielding an axe. Number of article page views indicates there is readership and interest. At least have a redirect to Marquess of Waterford. Rupples (talk) 02:23, 26 July 2023 (UTC) - Redirect per above. The sourcing is sufficient for coverage in a summary article about holders of the title. Eluchil404 (talk) 07:42, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
