This is another odd cock-up on the part of GNIS, because the name on the topo maps is quite plainly "Little Haven". And if you search for that phrase, you get a number of hits which explain that it is a sort of stop on the Pacific Crest Trail where you can get some assistance. Which is to say, it's one of several ordinary houses on the spot. "Haven", as far as I can tell, was never anything at all other than a failure to copy what's on the map correctly.
