If these courts were notable I would have thought there would be a Turkish article. Tagged uncited for years and I cannot find anything in Google Scholar Chidgk1 (talk) 13:47, 3 October 2024 (UTC)

- Delete as far as I can see ‘haciz’ simply means foreclosure. I can find sources talking about foreclosure proceedings but not about a dedicated court that specifically deals with them. Mccapra (talk) 18:38, 3 October 2024 (UTC)
- I did not know what foreclosure meant until I read the Wikipedia article, but there is a note on the talk page Talk:Haciz Courts#Wrong information about tr:İcra hukuku and that article links to the foreclosure one. Chidgk1 (talk) 05:46, 5 October 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks I’ve now figured out that there is a broadly related tr.wiki article that I didn’t previously find in my search, tr: Türkiye'deki icra mahkemeleri but unfortunately that is an unsourced stub. Still no evidence of anything called a haciz court. Mccapra (talk) 06:30, 8 October 2024 (UTC)
