Barebones stub which merely recites that Sayed was an Afghan athlete who competed in the 1960 Olympics. Sayed was not remotely competitive in his event (400 metres), finishing with the slowest time among all competitors in the 400 (more than 8 seconds slower than the winning times) and failing to qualify for the quarterfinals let alone the semifinals or finals. Fails all applicable criteria: WP:SPORTBASIC (mandating at least one source with WP:SIGCOV, excluding database sources), WP:GNG (lack of SIGCOV in multiple, reliable, independent sources), and WP:NOLYMPICS (not a medalist).
