Comment The article's talk page explains why I accepted it at WP:AFC. It is still my hope that the community is able to improve it such that it genuinely merits a place here. I believe there to be no merit in opting to return it to the Draft: namespace, something no-one has yet suggested. We need a good clear outcome here.
