Keep, this old retro game was released for three platforms, and features a notable person. There's the Japanese Wikipedia article, MobyGames page, etc. This page just need a decent text. Any help is welcome! --Hydao (talk) 20:43, 21 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Keep, Mikhail Gorbachev was a notable leader during the 1980s and this game should be notable for its light-hearted approach towards Soviet-Japanese politics during the latter period of the Cold War. Keep. MSX Magazine (published by ASCII Corporation) devoted a page to the game in the "New Soft" column of the May 1991 issue (see p. 15). Although it was also covered on pages 112 and 116 in the May 1991 issue of MSX-FAN, that particular magazine was published by Tokuma Shoten, the same company that published Gorby's Pipeline Plan, which excludes it from consideration per the GNG. MSX-FAN and MSX Magazine were the principal MSX print publications in Japan. —Ringbang (talk) 05:39, 23 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. Per Ringbang's sources. Using Google briefly I was also able to find a few obvious RSes including this Kotaku article (clearly discussing notability), and Famitsu entries showing release dates for the game on various systems including the Famicom version, and the MSX2 version. -Thibbs (talk) 06:13, 23 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
