I don't think she quite meets WP:GNG. She is mentioned in the NYT review from thirteen years ago but that doesn't constitute significant coverage (or for that matter, sustained coverage). Her career on screen (per IMDb) consists of non-recurring roles in TV series and short films. She's still quite young, so she may very well become notable but she's not there yet.
