Unsourced WP:BLP of a person whose only substantive claims of notability are as a smalltown mayor (reeve) and as an unsuccessful candidate for election to the provincial legislature — neither of which is a claim of notability that passes WP:NPOL, and there's no real prospect of him passing WP:GNG either.
