The page is a gallery of images which is not the point of encyclopedic articles. This type of page should exist in Commons, which it already does. Jeff3000 20:37, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Redirect-- if it already exists in this form in Commons, then redirect. It seems that if someone types in "religious symbols", they should be able to quickly reach the images. I disagree that a gallery of images is "not the point of encyclopedic articles"; the Encyclopedia Britannica often used its color plates for illustrations that led . Everyone of these has a bluelink to an article; not everyone recognizes that the six pointed figure is the "Star of David". I've seen a "triquetra", but never knew what it was called.
