Delete - Software article of unclear notability, lacking independent references. Refs provided are to developer and github, in no way contributing to notability, and a search turned up forum posts and a one sentence mention in the book https://www.oreilly.com/library/view/learning-highcharts/9781849519083/ch11s02.html, (google books search of that book) but this brief mention is not significant coverage, and I found no other relevant WP:RS.
