Delete on the basis of the translated portions the coverage is basically routine announcements. We very very rarely make articles on conferences unless there are multiple sextremely good sources, preferably international. DGG ( talk ) 07:37, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The sources discuss the research that is presented at each edition of the conference which shows that they are not "basically routine announcements". This is enough to meet Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline. There is no policy basis requiring international sources before an article about a conference can be created.
