Keep per WP:GEOLAND. According to File:FrenchQuarterPhiladelphia.jpg it's still officially designated as such (or at least it was in 2014) by the city of Philadelphia which is sufficient for GEOLAND because it's a "Populated, legally recognized place". Also, there are three sources in the article and while one might be broken, that alone does not qualify it from being a RS. Regards So Why 09:28, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
