- Comment There seem to be a number of GBooks references to the subject being an early proponent of the James Bay Project, and possibly being partly responsible for Robert Bourassa's interest in it. Unfortunately, most of them are only visible in snippets, so it is difficult to say whether any of these are in depth or whether they are all casual mentions.
