Listing together these verses and then slapping a "famous" tag on it, constitutes WP:OR/WP:SYNTH with a touch of WP:POV. I mean, who decides which verse is famous and which not? --HyperGaruda (talk) 05:46, 7 August 2016 (UTC)

- Delete Editing history shows only one person has put any content into it and there are no "Famous" lists for other holy books. I really can't what the inclusion criteria is...--Savonneux (talk) 06:57, 7 August 2016 (UTC) --Savonneux (talk) 04:16, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
- Comment It's not based on any fact except that they are verses from the Quran itself. I don't think that is correct when you see random verses, you just put the name "famous" on ithem then make it an article. Anyway, any chance for an opinionedia? Democratics (talk) 09:44, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Delete per WP:LISTCRITERIA and WP:OR Eperoton (talk) 13:23, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Delete As mentioned by pretty much everyone above, this misguided list entry is based on the editor's subjective definition of "famous", so it is complete OR. Johanna(talk to me!) 19:24, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Delete as original research. Lepricavark (talk) 01:53, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
- Keep - These verses are common in the Muslims society and used more than other verses. It is better keep and suggest new name for the article.Saff V. (talk) 19:34, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
- Delete as per LISTCRITERIA; "famous" is almost inherently subjective, and a list such as "Famous Uzbek politicians" would be similarly problematic. GABgab 03:36, 11 August 2016 (UTC)
- Delete This is an open-shut case of original research. There's no evidence that these verses are more famous than others or that they deserve special attention, and there's no precedent for such a list on the site. MezzoMezzo (talk) 03:52, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
