As seen in this article's history, it has been redirected to the singer's article several times, but then reverted several times. Those who resurrect the article are typically IP editors. The named editors who redirected to the singer have cited that media coverage of the tour has been routine, which means that it does not satisfy the requirements of WP:NTOUR.
