Keep Passes WP:JUDGE as he held a national position, being head of the German Patent Office for nearly 20 years. Note also that the German Wikipedia has an equivalent article. Andrew🐉(talk) 09:15, 24 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Keep As he passes WP:JUDGE #1 several times over for being on the Federal Patent Court, the Federal Court of Justice and then the President of the German Patent Office.
