The result was delete. This is clearly heading for deletion, and there's no point in prolonging the process. You may regard this as a combination of a WP:SNOW deletion and a CSD#G3 speedy deletion, as it is obviously a hoax. JBW (talk) 13:49, 23 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I believe this is a hoax. There is no reference to the subject in Schama’s work as indicated by the reference provided. I don’t have copies of the other two works cited but have been through all the other reference works I have on the French Revolution and find no mention of this person, I have also not been able to find anything about him online.
