According to Soccerway and other databases he has not played in a WP:FPL so fails WP:NFOOTBALL. I conducted a French search to see if there was any coverage of his amateur career in France but found little. I also did a Portuguese search for his amateur career in Portugal to no avail. I did find this Khmer Times article but it isn't significant coverage since most of it is derived from an announcement from people associated with his club.
