Eliad Cohen does not appear to meet WP:GNG or WP:ENT. Most of the references used in the article are photography editorials in which Cohen was the model or his involvement with several organizations that also do not pass GNG. Several citations (at the time of writing) are just blogs where his photo has been posted, used as a reference to his appearance on a gay magazine cover or the like. Many of the remaining sources are passing mentions of Cohen (this one I removed from the page is an example) or are just interviews with him after his appearance on a single magazine cover, which means WP:BLP1E covers this as well.—Ryulong (琉竜) 17:55, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Strong keep - This is a highly notable artist and personality not only in Israel, but internationally. The references, even after a considerable removal of some important info and references I had provided convey the importance of this artist. He has also appeared in a documentary about gay life in Israel. I am reinstating some very relevant info removed, for the benefit of readers and other colleagues to decide on this matter of keeping this vital article once and for all. Reputable references provide include sources in French, Italian, many Hebrew language sites in addition to a considerable number of English language media and range from Haartez, to Mako, Out magazine, amongst others. werldwayd (talk) 21:44, 11 July 2013 (UTC) werldwayd (talk) 01:33, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Eliad Cohen is not an artist. He is a model. And yet again you added unsourced and false content to the article which per WP:BLP I am required to remove (Cohen never appeared on the cover of Australia's DNA magazine). Arguably, the only thing he is notable for is being attractive, as everything else he has done has been a derivative of his modeling career.—Ryulong (琉竜) 04:27, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep - Meets WP:BASIC per [1], [2], [3]. Northamerica1000(talk) 01:33, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong Keep - Eliad Cohen is a public figure, he's now a prominent symbol of masculine but open gay person. His several activities are giving an important impulse to the visibility of the gay community in Israel and set a significant example of acceptance in the middle east. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.182.113.147 (talk) 07:03, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep - Clearly notable. [redacted]) 09:56, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- The article still somewhat reads as an advert for Gay-ville, which also existed as an article and was deleted by the same author as this one. Many of the references just seem to be based on that one cover photo he did and the international gay community's reaction and subsequent adoration (as the IP proves above) simply because he is attractive in certain circles. While WP:BASIC is fine, WP:NMODEL gives more detailed criteria, none of which he meets, unless being thought of as attractive by the gay community is a "cult following" or his modeling being "unique, prolific or innovative contributions to a field of entertainment".—Ryulong (琉竜) 11:32, 22 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
