The result was keep. I dithered over this a bit; it's unfortunate there's no such thing as a weak keep close. There does exist SIGCOV even in the relatively narrow range of "what's available online" out of decades of trade pubs. Neither keeps nor deletes expressed particularly in-depth rationales on the whole, with this close being primarily based in the input of Drmies and JBchrch (who actually gave some sources).
