- Delete - This is draft legislation that has yet to become law. There is a little bit of coverage: [1], [2], but not enough for me to say is a notable bill. -- Whpq (talk) 17:22, 21 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Non notable as above. The article is purely a copy-and-paste from online descriptions of the bill.
