My primary concern is that the subject does not meet WP:GNG. In my search, the only article I found that was more than a passing mention was this, which does little to establish notability. Players could get presumed notability through WP:SPORTCRIT if they have played in a major international competition at the highest level, but Skivko hasn't played in the European Championship, nor the World Championship nor the Olympics. There is no evidence that she is a significantly notable figure within handball. According to her stats here and this article, she seems to be playing for the reserve team a lot lately so isn't even a hugely notable player at domestic level let alone international level.
