Article consists of two long quotes from external web sites, and one line of location information. While not exactly plagiarized (the sources are clearly referenced) there is not much else in the article. I'm not entirely sure about such an article, that's why I list it here. - Comment:Suggest taking this to WP:Copyright problems. Might even be speedily deletable under WP:CSD#G12, but I'm not sure myself about the status of press releases, as they are issued with the specific intention and hope that large parts will be copied. I can only comment, that this EGNC is a project in the early phase of development, and it's future is important for millions of people. A great initiative, in IMHO, that's why I opened the article.
Of course I didn't consult all the various policies, so thanks again for bringing those to my attention.
