Biographical article about (living) claimant to Hawai'ian Throne. May not be irreparably propagandist (article is in support of his claim), if somebody wants to put in many hours of work on tone, and can find quality sources to back up our information. All supporting sources seem to be self-published, either by the subject or his partisans. Without any outside sources, notability is also a matter of question.
