Non-Notable Person. Under WP:BLP1E, he is a person notable for only one event and falls under all three of the guidelines for 1. only being notable for one event, 2. being likely to remain low-profile, and 3. the event being not very significant. He does not satisfy the general WP:ANYBIO: "The person has made a widely recognized contribution that is part of the enduring historical record in his or her specific field."
