Subject fails GNG. While there are government sources which discuss the topic, this isn't a thing that media cover in-depth. Delete. Hey Chris, you don't have to delete this. It might be useful for someone in the future (JackFreddanni): that's not a valid argument for notability. More generally, if I were planning to rent a car in Brunei I would check the relevant official government document. It would be crazy to go to Wikipedia for precise up-to-date legal information -- not just for Brunei but for anywhere. Athel cb (talk) 20:10, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
