Fails WP:GNG and WP:BIO. Page was created again after Jacob Thomas, PhD was speedily deleted. This new version has more references and content purporting to demonstrate notability. His successor Lokanath Behera has an article, but that doesn't justify this article's existence (see WP:OSE). Would like to get community input this time. I amsajin keeps trying to post the same content over and over again despite repeated deletions. — Stevey7788 (talk) 18:27, 21 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
