The good doctor appears not to be sufficiently notable to have an article here. The one apparently independent reference in the page may well in fact be a press release. The content is wholly unsupported by any vestige of an independent reliable source. With all deference to WP:CSB, I can't see how this can be kept unless some real sources are added.
