- Delete per above. While legislators are inherently notable, Ms. Reid hasn't won office yet. Her article isn't the only one of its kind, by any means; it appears that in 2006, people were using the black-red-blue system to make articles about all the candidates in the Canadian parliamentary election, as demonstrated by Canadian federal election results in Midwestern Ontario.
